Reservetally is provided “as is”. It applies the reserve funding formula described on this site to the components you provide. It is not a reserve study and not legal or financial advice. It relies on your component list being complete and accurate, and it doesn't cover inspections, special assessments, loans or any state's specific disclosure form. The board remains responsible for the association's budget and disclosures. Reservetally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any government agency, reserve study firm or software company.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check files of any size and see the reserve needed, percent funded, the 30-year test, the lowest safe contribution, every check, the first 25 components and the first 5 projection years.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Reservetally can't read your file or applies its formula incorrectly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.
